SPECIAL FEATURE
- Frame fabricated with stress relived structural sheet flats.
- Drive Gear Box fabricated of steel plate body is provided with oil lubrication system.
- Shearing blades are of H.C.H.Cr. 5teel / Tank Plate ar EN35-B.
- En-8 forged shafts mounted to the roller bearings, Gear Box is connected to Electrical Drive through V-Belt and Pulley.
- Pneumatic cylinder of adequate capacity controls Shearing and swiveling operation of shears blades.
PLATE/SCRAP SHEARING MACHINE
These are generally heavy duty type machines, used for cutting re-rollable scrap (plates, Rails, beams, channels, rounds, angles, squares, etc. in cold condition. These are usually used by scrap mills to prepare rolling stock in suitable shape & size for Re-rolling. Very useful in induction melting Furnace, scrap processing yard to cut Pieces of pipe, angles, channels, sheets, flats and round ete. We manufacture scrap shearing machine with to minimum capacity of 18 mm to maximum of 75 mm {cold metal)
FLYING SHEARING MACHINE
Flying shear is used to cut the material of various sizes & at various speeds ranging from 5 Mt per sec to 18 Mt Per sec. in different lengths of TMT Bars with flying arm effects. It is installed after the TMT Quenching Box and before the cooling bed. It drives through Programmer Logic Controller (PLC) system, DC or AC Variable Motors. It is used in high speed mills.
